There are speculations that he will be arrested and there is so much drama around it.

For the first time in twenty-three days, there is some positive for TDP in the courts.

The CID in the High Court admitted that Nara Lokesh is not an accused in the Fiber Net case and even if his name is added in the future, they will only give him 41A notice which does not require an arrest.

Meanwhile, the ACB Court in Vijayawada also heard Chandrababu’s Bail petition and the CID’s Custody petition.

ABN reported that the judge fired on the Government lawyers.

“Don’t irritate by saying the same things again and again. If there are scams in government-run schemes, who will take the responsibility – the HODs or the CM?” she reportedly asked. The judge also asked if there was any evidence that the money came to Chandrababu Naidu.

ABN reported this and can not be confirmed. If it is true, it is a very positive sign when deciding the bail.

The court adjourned the hearing to tomorrow. TDP supporters are hoping for some respite tomorrow in the ACB court.
