Ahead Of Union Budget, CM Chandrababu Naidu Meets PM Narendra Modi

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is currently in New Delhi to discuss various issues concerning the state with the Prime Minister and the Union Ministers.

As a part of the tour, Chandrababu Naidu met Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier today. Reportedly, he discussed financial assistance to AP and other key issues with Modi.

It is also heard that Naidu requested Modi to allocate adequate funds for Andhra Pradesh in the Union Budget.

Before that, Chandrababu met the Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, along with the TDP MPs. They discussed issues concerning the development and welfare of Andhra Pradesh.

In the afternoon, Chandrababu met Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, and discussed National Highway Projects in the state.

Chandrababu will also meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Rural Development, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, this afternoon.

Later in the evening, Chandrababu will meet union ministers Hardeep Singh Puri and Manoharlal Khattar, along with his party MPs.

On the whole, Chandrababu Naidu is keeping himself busy on his Delhi tour, and by meeting ministers of all major sectors, he is trying to ensure the union government’s support for the welfare and development of Andhra Pradesh.
