Capital farmers makes wise investments!

Amaravati Centre funding help on holdThe farmers in the villages earmarked for AP’s upcoming capital, are in no mood of spending money in a frenzy even though they have become crorepatis over night. Many have sold their land at exorbitant prices but have not changed their life style. Some of them have invested money to buy lands at other places.

Some are using the money to construct multi-storeyed buildings in their residential lands. This is with an idea to give them rent to employees coming to Amaravati from next month. The rents have gone up suddenly with the administration shift. The rents are particularly high in places near to the interim secretariat.

On the other side, employees coming to Amaravati from next month are worried as rents in villages in the Amaravati capital region were higher than those in Hyderabad city. Searching for housing was going to be the main challenge and some of the employees who are leaving their families behind in Hyderabad, are also considering shared accommodation to reduce the cost.
