The state government is still maintaining suspense regarding the location of the Temporary secretariat. There will be six blocks in this construction and will have eight floors in each block (G+7).

Each block will create an office space of One Lakh Square Feet. The construction will be done using Pre-fabricated, Steel Structure and RCC technlogies. The buildings foundation will take 40 days and slab of each floor will take 25 days to complete.
This Temporary construction will also have Temporary Assembly buildings and quarters for Ministers, HODs and Secretaries and a separate quarters for the Chief Minister. After the capital construction is done, these buildings will be used for commercial, IT and other purposes.
