According to a report by Business Times, Andhra Pradesh is leading the Central government Rs 17 lakh crore PPP pipeline. The state has projects worth Rs 1.16 lakh crore under the Centre’s FY 26 to FY 28 road map.
With 270 projects lined up, Andhra Pradesh is emerging as a strong example of infrastructure-led growth. The scale of projects reflects steady investment momentum. This places the state clearly ahead of others in the pipeline.
Next is Uttar Pradesh, led by Yogi Adiyanath, with 89 projects worth Rs 11518.11 lakh crore. The state holds the second position in terms of overall value. Its inclusion highlights continued focus on large-scale infrastructure.
Tamil Nadu follows with 70 projects valued at Rs 87639.75 lakh crore. Jammu & Kashmir ranks fourth with 57 projects worth Rs 21374.21 lakh crore. This comes as a surprise given its recent economic challenges.
Madhya Pradesh stands fifth with 21 projects in the pipeline. It is followed by Himachal Pradesh with 16 projects. Rajasthan comes next with 12 projects.
Odisha and Karnataka have eight projects each in the queue. West Bengal is at the bottom with just one project worth Rs 8247 lakh crore. The projects are spread across different stages of investment.
