The Speaker referred the issue to Assembly Rights Committee. There was a write-up in Sakshi media saying crores were spent on MLA training classes, when in reality, the classes haven’t been held yet. The matter was brought to the notice of the House by Nandikotkur MLA Jayasurya.

It was sad that Sakshi reported about crores being spent on training classes hitting out at Lok Sabha Speaker and Assembly Speaker, said the MLA. He was enraged that the story about spending crores of people’s money was written even before the classes happened.
