AP Capital Regional Development Authority (APCRDA) will be the first building to be completed in Amaravati, if things go as planned. The inauguration date has been set for August 15, 2025.
The works are progressing at great speed to meet the deadline. In fact, the works are going on till midnight under floodlights. The work on Command Control Center is also on.
Command Control Center will monitor Amaravati’s development, urban management and disaster response after inauguration. The Command Control Center will serve as a role model for future government constructions in Amaravati.
AP CRDA proposed for an ICCC (Integrated Command and Control Center) to integrate various city functions and services under a centralized system.
ICCC will utilize data from various sources and provide tools for decision-making.
The permanent AP CRDA structure will be built on 3.62 acres with 7 floors and the integrated control room. The present CRDA office in Vijayawada will be handed over to MEPMA.
