Going by the excerpts in media, Telugu Desam Party Supremo Chandra Babu Naidu has confirmed the candidature of Nandamuri Balakrishna for Hindupur Assembly segment. This move will be a master stroke from Chandra Babu Naidu as the decision will increase the morale of Nandamuri fans and TDP cadre ahead of the crucial elections. The actor is expected to submit his nomination on 16th of this month and begin the election campaign there.
Balakrishna’s father, Legend NT Rama Rao contested thrice from Hindupur and emerged victorious in all the occasion. Hindupur is a strong forte for Telugu Desam since then. On the other side, Nominations in the Seema Andhra region will be accepted from tomorrow.

Note: The second list of candidates from TDP consisting of 40 MLA and 6 MP candidates is released a short while ago. Balakrishna’s name is not announced. Likewise, no candidate is announced for Hindupur.
