After facing severe trolls online, AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and his YCP MLA Vellampalli Srinivas removed bandage plasters on their faces.
It is already known that both Jagan and Srinivas were attacked with stones during their campaign in Vijayawada a couple of weeks ago.
Since then, both of them started campaigning with bandages. People on social media trolled them for the same and opined that those were very minor injuries but the YCP duo was trying to gain sympathy by wearing bandages.
The stone attack happened on April 13. Jagan wore bandage plaster till April 25. Yesterday, when the party manifesto was released, Jagan was seen without a plaster.
On the other side, Srinivas also underwent treatment along with Jagan on the incident day, saying that he also got injured.
Even though it was a minor injury, Srinivas wore a thick bandage every day. He continued his campaign, wearing that big bandage for ten days.
The bandage was there on his left eye till last Sunday. On Monday, we wore black glasses on the bandage. On Tuesday, he removed the bandage and started wearing transparent safety glasses. Just like Jagan, he also removed his eye protection completely on Saturday.
Finally, after 15 long days, the “plaster” hungama of Jagan and Srinivas ended, on the very same day. Now, they are being trolled online for removing plasters “coincidentally” on the same day.
