Ex minister, TDP leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy made some sensational comments on ex CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy. He made a shocking statement saying that the AP liquor scam was an international scam.
The big boss in liquor scam Jagan should be sent to jail, said the TDP politburo member. Many innocent people lost their lives after drinking the cheap liquor that was supplied during Jagan’s time, he said.

Chandramohan Reddy said Center should get involved in the matter and bring in CBI and ED to investigate the matter. Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy spoke to media in Nellore on Saturday.
After coming to power with the promise of prohibition, killing innocent people with cheap liquor is unpardonable, said Reddy. He said a scam of Rs 3200 has come out, but much bigger transactions were made, alleged Somireddy.

The liquor sold unofficially without going to depots would be more than Rs 10,000 crore, said Somireddy. As facts are unravelling, why is the ED not getting involved, wondered Somireddy. He criticized that Jagan’s government turned digital Andhra into cashandhra by transferring Rs 1.35 lakh crores.
He went on to say that Magunta Srinivasula Reddy closed his Mc Dowell’s company as he could not shell out bribes to Jagan and his cronies.

The labs had confirmed that chemicals that could kill humans were present in the cheap liquor made during Jagan’s time. Those who lost lives were mostly BCs, SCs and STs. Jagan must be punished for taking lives of people, demanded Somireddy.
If Kejriwal was arrested for Rs 100 crore liquor scam, why is Jagan being spared when he is involved in Rs 10,000 crore liquor scam, questioned the TDP leader.
The liquor shops were closed for 52 days during Corona time. During the rest of the period, it was illegally outside liquor shops, alleged Somireddy.
