Nadda stated that in the past 11 years, Modi’s leadership has delivered performance and accountability. He added that earlier governments were marked by corruption, family politics, non-performance, and appeasement.

Highlighting key achievements, the BJP president said the government abrogated Article 370, built the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, amended the CAA and Waqf Board, and abolished triple talaq. He also said India is moving from being the fourth largest economy to aiming for third place.

The party traces its roots to Shyam Prasad Mukherjee’s Bharatiya Jana Sangh and maintains alignment with the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS). The Bharatiya Janata Party was formally founded on 6 April 1980.
