Minister of State, BJP, Bandi Sanjay made a statement the fuelled political gossip. He was speaking at the public meeting held on the occasion of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari visiting Telangana.
There has been talk about the Telangana Congress and Telangana BJP playing ‘bhai bhai’, though they are opposition parties. Today, however, the rumours seemed true as Bandi Sanjay made a few interesting comments.
There was no hiding the fact that Bandi Sanjay was taking the names of Telangana Ministers Komatireddy Venkata Reddy and Seetakka. He resonated the feelings of the two Congress leaders that the Center and state must work together.
The BJP leader reminded that Prime Minister Modi was of the opinion that politics was till elections. After elections, the state and Center must work together irrespective of parties. He told Komatireddy to speak to his CM and resolve the issue with the contractor, so that they can make Rajeev rahadari to Manchiryal a national highway.
Another issue that caught the attention of all was Bandi Sanjay taking the name of Komatireddy Venkata Reddy time and again during his speech. He was all praise for Komatireddy saying Komatireddy Venkata Reddy was someone who could go get work done at all places.
With many in Telangana Congress looking at removing Revanth Reddy from the CM seat, is this a direct hint, say BJP, Congress insiders. A point to be noted here is that Revanth Reddy too tries to woo Modi at every given opportunity.
Looks like the remarks of BRS about BJP, Congress being pally in Telangana have come true, say political analysts.
