BJP seems to be trying its level best to strengthen itself in Andhra Pradesh. The party just managed to win three out of the nine wards allotted to it in Kakinada Municipal Elections but is still trying to be confident on its performance in 2019 elections.

The Party high command is going to field three National Leaders to ensure the party is strengthened in the three areas of AP. Muralidhara Rao will be the in-charge of Uttarandhra and Minister RK Singh will take care of the Southern Andhra.
BJP Senior Leader, Vinod Dhavade will be the in-charge for Rayalaseema affairs of the party. BJP National President, Amit Shah will be touring Andhra Pradesh in October and will issue necessary directions to the party leaders and cadre.
