Nampally CBI Court had issued summons to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Vijaya Sai Reddy and Jagathi Publications to attend the court on May 2nd. This hearing is regarding the second charge-sheet filed by ED in relation to Jagan’s illegal assets case.
ED already attached 35 Crore worth assets in this case. Three businessmen have given a statement to the CBI that they were blackmailed by Jagan and co to invest 35 Crore in Jagathi Publications (Sakshi).

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is in neck deep troubles regarding various scams that took place during his father’s tenure as the Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh back then. Jagan even had to spend more than an year in jail previously regarding these cases and is currently on bail.
