CC Cameras Expose vallabhaneni Vamsi in Kidnap Case

Gannavaram ex MLA and YSRCP leader Vallabhaneni Vamsi’s involvement in kidnap case is out through footage from CCTVs.

Proof of assault and kidnap of computer operator Satyavardhan by Vamsi and his followers is out. The police have managed to gather CCTV footage of Satyavardhan being taken to Vamsi’s house in Raidurgam. Satyavardhan was later taken to Vizag following which he was escorted to Vijayawada court by Vamsi’s followers.

Now, the police are trying to find the link with regards to Vamsi’s involvement. As Vamsi’s phone hasn’t been traced yet, the police are trying to gather other evidences.

Out of the 12 accused, police have managed to arrest 5 people. Two batches of police are on a lookout for others. As the phones have been switched off, the police are vigilant about the calls being received by their family members and friends.

The police are particularly on the lookout for Ranga, Kotlu and Ramu who could provide vital information. The court will hear Vamsi’s custody petition today.

Satyavardhan has provided the police with the minutest of details regarding his kidnap along with his relative Vajrakumar. The police have made enquiries and the statement of Satyavardhan matched what he divulged.

The police will record the statement of Satyavardhan today in the court. Meanwhile, the police have collected the CCTV footage from Vamsi’s residence in Hyderabad. Vamsi’s followers took Satyavardhan to the court complex at 1pm on Feb 10 in two cars. They waited till 3.30 pm and sent Satyavardhan into the court to give his statement in favour of them.

Then they once again put him in the car and brought him to Hyderabad around midnight. This was captured in CCTV cameras.

On the morning of Feb 11, Satyavardhan was taken away from Vamsi’s house at 9.52 am.

In the process, all security measures are being taken in the jail to safeguard Vamsi. As the blade batch and drugs batch are in the same jail, care is being taken to keep Vamsi safe.




YSRCP head Jagan will be meeting Jagan in jail on Tuesday. He will come from Bengaluru and go to jail directly to meet Vamsi.
