Kishore Biyani Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of ‘Future Group’, one of the leading retail companies in India is going to proclaim the takeover of Heritage Foods by Future Group. BSC has been intimated by Heritage foods Ltd regarding the press release mentioning consolidation of retail business by Heritage foods to Future Retail.

This covenant was made on Monday for about Rs. 300 Crore which would be capitalized by cash and Future retail shares. The deal is beneficial for both the entities but more favorable to Heritage foods which was held by Chandrababu Naidu, as the retail company has not been fetching considerable profits.
Furthermore, the handover of retail business would bring good earnings to the dairy company of Heritage. Also, by the means of Heritage Food’s 100 stores network, Future retail holds the advantage of rise in marketing in cities of Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.
