Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu answered to his Telangana Counterpart KCR’s Strong Statements the other day in a slightly tough but in Naidu’s usual assertive tone. Naidu showcased with numbers on how Andhra Pradesh is still better than Telangana even though the latter has got the advantage of the surplus budget.

For the allegations of copying Telangana Policies and being a Political Manager than an Administrator, Naidu ridiculed if Andhra Pradesh which is growing at higher numbers on all parameters has to learn from Telangana which is ranked much below. “He is saying Great about Rythu Bandhu. Telangana Four years Agriculture Growth Rate is 0.2% and ours is 11%. Should we learn or copy from him?” Naidu questioned.
Naidu alleged that KCR is frustrated due to the failure of his Federal Front Tour. “Who are you blackmailing? What Return Gift can you give? Come here and contest. You, Jagan, and Modi contest together. Let people decide,” Naidu said. “Nobody can blackmail me. At most he will file cases. If he files one, I will file four. Nothing will happen,” Naidu confidently said.
On the issue of Special Status, “Did your MPs support our No Confidence Motion? Did you not object when Sonia Gandhi promised Special Status in Medchal meeting? Give a letter supporting Special Status to AP. Probably the letter drama is for an alliance with Jagan Mohan Reddy,” Naidu said. On the allegations on taking TDP from NTR, Naidu asked if KCR is not the leader who organized the camp in Viceroy. “Are you not with me and singing praises about my contribution to IT,” Naidu sharply retorted for KCR discrediting Naidu’s contribution for IT development in Hyderabad.
