The release of Chandrababu on bail has put YCP in a spot of great bother. They are now in damage-control mode over the same.
Incidentally, the AP government approached the Andhra Pradesh High Court, asking for more restrictions on the bail conditions of Chandrababu Naidu. They are asking for restrictions on CBN’s public speeches and him not being able to meet people other than his family members.
The court held the hearing on the case today and postponed the case to 3rd November.
The YCP government wanted immediate restrictions on CBN’s bail and hoped for the same but they were dealt with a shock after the AP high court didn’t see the need to issue the judgment in a hurried manner.
The plan from the Jagan government was to immediately restrict Chandrababu but that didn’t happen as the high court has postponed the case. This will give CBN extra space to sort out his political affairs without any restrictions and this is exactly what YCP wanted not to happen.
