Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s Brother, Ram Murthy Naidu passed away a little while ago. Ram Murthy Naidu has been suffering from health issue for the past 2-3 years. His condition turned critical since yesterday and he was shifted to AIG Hospital, Gachibowli.
The doctors put him on ventilator and he passed away a little while ago. Chandrababu Naidu who is in Maharashtra for the election campaign canceled all his programs and headed back to Hyderabad. Nara Lokesh who is attending Assembly sessions in Amaravati is also going to Hyderabad.
This unfortunate death happened when Nara Rohit was supposed to get married next month.
Ram Murthy Naidu was in politics earlier and he was the TDP MLA from Chandragiri between 1994 and 1999. He later joined Congress and had political differences with Chandrababu Naidu. Even though the differences are only political, the families are always cordial.
Chandrababu supported Rohit’s film career whenever needed.
Even though Ram Murthy Naidu was away from politics for a long time, he continued to be a political topic.
When Ram Murthy Naidu was confined to a room due to his health problems, YSR Congress tried to use him for political benefit spreading rumors that Chandrababu ill-treated his brother.
Before the 2019 elections, YSR Congress brought Junior NTR’s Father-in-law, Narne Srinivasa Rao, and made him make wild allegations about Chandrababu Naidu.
Narne Srinivasa Rao alleged that Chandrababu did not care for his brother Ram Murthy Naidu and they are torturing him by tying him with chains and ropes.
Back in 2019, these allegations spread like wildfire and did some damage to TDP.
Nara Rohit rubbished these allegation and said doing politics over a person down with a medical condition is atrocious.
The final rites will happen in Naravaaripalle, their native village.
