Janasena President Pawan Kalyan met Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at the latter’s Jubilee Hills Residence on Saturday. Pawan Kalyan inquired about Naidu’s health and both leaders spoke about the current political situation in the state for around two and a half hours.
M9 News Sources in Janasena tell us that among many things, Pawan Kalyan also requested Chandrababu Naidu to announce support to the BJP – Janasena candidates in Telangana. It is known to our readers that the Telugu Desam Party decided to withdraw from the elections without contesting.
However, Chandrababu rejected the proposal.
“We have always welcomed BJP into our fight against Jagan Mohan Reddy. They are undecided until now and they have been helping Jagan behind the scenes. At this juncture, we decided to maintain equal distance from both the national parties (BJP and Congress), “Chandrababu clarified.
Janasena allying with BJP is already sending wrong signals to the people of Andhra Pradesh.
Both leaders have decided to finalize a common manifesto. Before that, they will do a pamphlet with the promises they already made to the people and will take that to every household in the state.
Pawan Kalyan and Chandrababu Naidu decided to meet frequently and ensure that both parties will have proper sync in reaching out to the people before the elections.
