Telugu Desam Party Supremo, Chandrababu Naidu has shifted focus on to engineering the party’s position in Telangana. The party which was once very strong there got battered severely in the bifurcation issue and not even managed 20 seats in the last elections.
Revanth Reddy is already given due importance in the party than the other seniors like Errabelli and Ramana. And now Chandrababu has made Veerender Goud as the President of Telangana Telugu Yuvatha. Veerender Goud is the son of TDP Senior and Rajya Sabha member, Devender Goud.
He contested to Chevella Parliament in the last elections but got defeated. Devender Goud is not doing well for the past one year and his son is elevated to higher position in the party to fill the void. On the other side, the party is making all arrangements for Chandrababu’s Telangana tour on 12th of this month. This is Chandrababu’s first tour in Telangana after the elections and becoming the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
