Time changes everything. People who were once looked down upon can someday become heroes. When that time comes, those who did not support them before suddenly come close.
This is what happened with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. A few months ago, he was unlawfully arrested by ex-Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the skill development case.
When Naidu was arrested, many politicians did not condemn Jagan’s actions and failed to support Naidu, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
However, times have changed. In just six months, Naidu has become one of the powerful politicians in the central government.
His Telugu Desam Party played a key role in the NDA bloc in forming the government for the third consecutive time. Modi needed Naidu’s support to become Prime Minister again.
Now, the winds have been changed, and Modi is actively maintaining a close relationship with Naidu. During NDA meetings, he had Chandrababu Naidu sit beside him and posed for photographs standing next to him.
Today, while speaking in Mann Ki Baat, Modi talked about the prestigious Araku Coffee and expressed his admiration for it.
He also shared a few pictures on social media of himself with Chandrababu Naidu during his visit to Visakhapatnam in 2016, where he had this coffee.
“I’ve been an admirer of coffee from Araku as well. Here are pictures of conversations over coffee with AP CM @ncbn Garu and others in 2016 in Visakhapatnam. The great part is – this coffee cultivation is closely linked to tribal empowerment too,” tweeted Modi.
