Mahaa TV which is being operated from Hyderabad has shifted to Amaravati now. The channel is being redesigned and will go on air very soon as a complete Andhra Pradesh channel. Even the channel management has also changed.

Parchuri MLA Yeluri Samba Siva Rao reportedly bought the channel. There are already a few channels operating from AP and working as AP only channels like V6 and T News. AP Times started right from AP while a couple of channels shifted from Hyderabad to Amaravati.
It has to be seen which of these channels become the mouthpiece of the interests of Andhra Pradesh people which the people are waiting for a long time. These channels have pinned high hopes on this sentiment to make a mark on the audience there but it is certainly not easy.
