Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be attending the first public meeting in Andhra Pradesh after BJP joined the alliance of the TDP and Janasena.
This is also the first public meeting after the election schedule in Chilakaluripeta.
Due to various reasons, TDP could not execute a big public meeting with an intimidating size which could create momentum for the elections.
This is a perfect chance and arrangements were made on similar lines.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech at this meeting will be keenly observed.
Even though the parties announced contesting together, there is a sense of disbelief in the party cadres making the Vote Transfer difficult.
TDP cadre believes BJP and YSR Congress are hand in glove after the Central Government gave loans to the Jagan Government floating all rules and also by saving Avinash Reddy and Jagan from cases.
The way how Modi treats and addresses Chandrababu and the alliance in the meeting will give an indication that the BJP is sincere in the alliance.
There will be certain uncomfortableness between Chandrababu and Modi due to what happened after 2018. Both the leaders should look to use the stage to remove that and send a positive message to the cadres.
Also, there is a negative image of the BJP in the voters of Andhra Pradesh for going back on all bifurcation promises. Modi should give a certain degree of belief to vote for the Saffron Party.
