Vidadhala Rajini made her debut in Telugu Desam Party but shifted to YSR Congress just before the 2019 elections after she was refused the Chilakaluripeta ticket. She has become a minister as well as Jagan’s candidate.
There are so many complaints about Rajini from their own cadre and leaders. YSR Congress leaders are openly telling the party’s high command that they would defeat the party if Rajini is the candidate. But then, she is confident she will get a ticket for the next election as well.
Chandrababu Naidu rejected the ticket for Rajini to give it to Senior leader Pathipati Pulla Rao. But then, Pulla Rao is unlikely to get a ticket in the coming elections.
Buzz is that industrialist Bhashyam Praveen will be TDP’s candidate in the coming election.
Praveen is silently working in the constituency and is doing various charity works in the name of his Bhashyam Charitable Trust.
Pulla Rao made public comments on Praveen recently and immediately Chandrababu warned of consequences if seniors make open comments on party affairs.
Sources say that Chandrababu already spoke to Pulla Rao to that extent and asked him to cooperate with Praveen.
Praveen belongs to the Tadikonda constituency of the Guntur district but that constituency is SC reserved. Pulla Rao and Rajini will try to unleash a Non-local card if Praveen is announced as the candidate.
