One small-time Janasena Party lady member’s recent comments on a TV channel debate on Megastar Chiranjeevi’s shelved party PRP, have taken Mega fans by storm and have divided them into two groups. YSRCP supporters have suddenly turned into Chiranjeevi fans and are using this opportunity to target Pawan Kalyan.
Basically, she said Chiru left failure for Pawan in politics otherwise Pawan Kalyan’s political life would have been different.
‘Akhila Bharatha Chiranjeevi Yuvatha’, a fans association too have taken offense to the Janasena party member’s comments and have demanded an apology from her for blaming Chiru’s failure in politics for the hardships Pawan Kalyan is facing today in politics.
Pawan Kalyan’s brother and Janasena member, Nagababu, has come in defense of that lady member. He took to Twitter and wrote, “I urge all Janasainiks and Veeramahilas to think before commenting on our sister’s unintentional slip of the tongue. External forces are trying to exploit our unity within Janasena, but let us not yield to their influence. She tirelessly works for Janasena.”
This response from Nagababu further angered a section of hardcore Mega fans for supporting her. They feel that it is the fans who stood by Chiru fans, and all of a sudden, just for the sake of Janasena, Nagababu taking her stand did not go well with them. They are openly expressing their frustration with Nagababu.
This one ‘slip-of-the-tongue’ comment from a small-time party member has created a rift between Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi fans. This incident also shows that hero-worshipping cinema supporters and political supporters are different.
