Every now and then, we hear about Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy shifting to Vishakapatnam and operating from there. The latest date we heard from the Ministers is that the Chief Minister is coming to Dussehra.
Since the legal options to have the three capitals are very much exhausted, Jagan wants to move his camp office to Vizag and give an impression to the people as if the capital is shifted.
At this juncture, there are rumors that the CM’s Personal Security officials visited the buildings that are under construction in Rushikonda on Saturday (August 5th) around 11 AM.
Outsiders are not allowed into the area during that period.
“We have no information about any CM security officials visiting Rushikonda. When we went there, we were told that a Block works are nearing completion. Interior designing experts have come. There is no information to Vishaka police about it,” a senior police official said.
Several such dates have come and gone. We will have to see if it happens at least this time. With elections just around eight months, Jagan will be desperately doing something to show off that he is inching ahead toward making Vishakapatnam the capital.
But with the matter being sub-judice, there is a chance that it may not happen as well. So, this Dussehra will be the date to see.
