Expressing anger, the court said that all the accused including Revanth Reddy should be present at the next hearing and adjourned the matter to next month.
This is a welcome change in the courts to rap people irrespective of their power and position.

But then, it is a surprise how YS Jagan Mohan Reddy escapes the same courts so easily.
For the five years when he is the Chief Minister, Jagan did not attend the court hearings saying that he was busy.

There is a ruling that Jagan should attend the court every Friday.
But that did not happen. Jagan got defeated in June last year and it is been more than eight months since he lost power.
He is not even Andhra Pradesh’s Leader Of Opposition.
But still, Jagan did not attend a single hearing in these eight months.
The courts have no problem giving date after date. People are wondering how Jagan is able to walk Scott-free when the court is so serious about Revanth Reddy.
Jagan is on bail since 2012. The proceedings are being delayed by filing numerous discharge petitions. The hearing in the main cases did not begin yet.
Raghu Rama Krishna Raju is fighting to accelerate Jagan’s cases.
He is fighting for Jagan’s Bail Cancelation but so far, there is no significant development.
The Apex Court recently set a deadline to finish Gaali Janardhan Reddy’s cases. There are reports that Raghu Rama’s next target is to get a similar deadline for Jagan’s cases.
