CPI leader Narayana strongly criticised Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan for his recent coconut remarks. He said Pawan Kalyan must be sacked, claiming he is unfit to serve as Deputy CM.
Narayana stated that although the Telugu states are geographically divided, the people remain united. He pointed out that Telangana CM Revanth Reddy gave his daughter in marriage to a boy from Bhimavaram, showing that there is no animosity between people.
He added that Pawan Kalyan once spoke of Che Guevara and dressed like a revolutionary but has now changed his ideology. According to him, Pawan Kalyan has become a disciple of Savarkar and is following Sanatana Dharma.
Narayana said only such people use words like drishti. He added that there is nothing wrong with being a sanatani and that Pawan Kalyan may dress like one, visit temples, and speak about God.
However, he insisted that Pawan Kalyan should not be in politics. His drishti remarks against Telangana people have angered several Telangana leaders who fear such comments may create division between the two Telugu states.
