Speaking in Kadapa, YS Sharmila lamented about how Jagan Mohan Reddy is pushing his party leaders to abuse her daily. “I have done 3,200 Kilometers of Padayatra to save YSR Congress. In return, I am getting abused daily,” Sharmila said.
She also said that Sakshi is trying to tarnish the image of her and her husband.
“Sakshi is doing propaganda that my husband asked Congress high command not to give bail to Jagan and make me the Chief Minister. I have an equal stake in Sakshi as Jagan Mohan Reddy. I am not someone who will be afraid of YSR Congress,” she said.
Even though Sharmila has a stake in Sakshi, the Media Group is in complete control of YSR Congress.
Jagan’s wife, Bharathi is running the day-to-day affairs of the Channel and Newspaper. There is no coverage to Sharmila in Congress and at the same time, leaders criticizing and abusing Sharmila are getting the Prime Space.
Jagan’s style is as such besides denying a share for Sharmila in the family assets. He is using Sakshi as a weapon against Sharmila despite being the co-owner. It is as if Jagan grabbed Sakshi from Sharmila.
Sharmila had mentioned her stake in the Media Group for the first time. If pushed further, she will also take steps to rein Sakshi. If she can fix Sakshi, Jagan will be like a fish out of water.
YSR Congress is thriving on the propaganda machines – Sakshi and the Social Media cells run by I-PAC.
