It is known that the government of Andhra Pradesh and the AP CID have been going unnecessarily aggressive on the TDP chief, Chandrababu Naidu. Now, CBN’s anticipatory bail in the Inner Ring Road case has come to discussion at the AP High Court.
The bail plea came to a hearing at the AP HC today and after a brief hearing, the court postponed the case to the 29th of this month.
The court added that the next hearing will be on 29 November and till then, the CID should not take any unnecessary and hurried action against Chandrababu Naidu till the hearing is done.
The court also called the hearing on the sand mining case to hearing and later postponed the same to the 30th of this month.
It is known that the CID has been piling up multiple new cases against Chandrababu including the Innder Ring Road case, fiber net case, liquor case, and sand scam case. Naidu was already allotted the bail in the skill case and now, the HC ordered CID not to take hurried action in the IRR case.
