Eight SIMI Terrorists Flees After Jail Break

SIMI Terrorists Bhopal Central Jail BreakEight Activists of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) with Terrorist Cases on them fled from the Bhopal Central Jail. The jail breakers who accused in cases that include the 2008 Ahmedabad serial blasts, and explosions in Karimnagar, Pune and Chennai two years ago hacked to death guard Ramashankar Yadav.

This incident happened in the isolated C Block where they were lodged. They also took another guard hostage between 2 and 3 am on Monday before using bed sheets to fashion a rope and climb out of the jail premises. Incidentally, three of these eight escaped from another Maharashtra Jail in similar fashion in 2013.

Earlier when they escaped, those three were nabbed from Odisha by the Telangana Police in an encounter. High alert sounded after the Jail Break by eight SIMI activists in Bhopal. Union Home Ministry sought a report from Madhya Pradesh government.

Reports are emerging that all the Eight SIMI Terrorists who had fled from Bhopal Jail in the early hours of today have been killed in an encounter on the outskirts of Bhopal.
