Election Commission is likely to apply brakes for Lakshmi’s NTR Release once again. The State Election Commission now clarified that the instructions given by the Central Election Commission regarding all Political Biopic. The instructions given on April 10th bars all Political Biopic until the code of conduct exists. Even Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Biopic Release is also stalled.
Even though the polling is completed in Andhra Pradesh, the Model Code of Conduct will be in force until the results are declared on May 23rd. In the wake of this, Lakshmi’s NTR release may get delayed once again. Ram Gopal Varma announced that the movie is releasing on May 1st Tomorrow as May Day Special.
He even created a hungama by trying to keep a Press Meet in Vijayawada. The issue wore a Political Colour after Jagan Mohan Reddy came in support of Varma who was prevented by the Vijayawada Police in keeping a Press Meet in Vijayawada. Misled by Ram Gopal Varma’s hungama, some theaters in Andhra Pradesh have opened the Advance booking of the film and they will have it stall it now.
The movie already released in Nizam and Overseas just before the elections. Lakshmi’s NTR is Lakshmi Parvathi’s Version of what happened in NTR’s final days and the movie was produced by a YSR Congress Leader.
