With Drishyam: The Conclusion hitting theatres today, there has been quite a bit of confusion among fans about its connection with the Malayalam Drishyam 3. The biggest clarification is that the newly released Hindi film is not a remake of the Malayalam third part.
The Hindi franchise continues from the events of Drishyam 2 and takes a completely different route from there. In fact, the difference is not restricted to the climax or a few changes in the final act. The story reportedly follows an entirely different path from start to finish.
