People are not keen on swiping their cards due to the lack of awareness. Shop Owners are also discouraging Card Payments as the bank officials are not letting them withdraw more than 2000 due to the acute cash crunch that never eased.

Shop owners are now rueing about their investment to the tune of 17000 on each swiping machine. The banks which waived off their commission on card transactions during the Demonetization brought the charges bank and business owners are not at all interested further in burdening themselves.
