Land near the IT corridor in Gachibowli is now considered premium. There is high demand for vacant plots in this area. In response, TGIIC is planning to e-auction a 18.67-acre land parcel.
The starting price for each acre is set at ₹101 crore. The e-auction will be conducted on 6 October. Government estimates suggest the auction could fetch over ₹2,000 crore in total.
The Telangana Cabinet recently convened to explore revenue options. A major point of discussion was land auctions. They have selected land parcels in Knowledge City, located in Raidurg, Serilingampally, Rangareddy district.
The government believes the land, surrounded by high-rise buildings, will attract serious buyers. Several multinational companies had already shown interest during a pre-bid meeting organised by T-Hub.
The land parcel’s strategic location and infrastructure benefits were highlighted during the session. The official notification will be issued on 3 September.
Interested bidders must submit their bids by 1 October, before 5 PM. A registration fee of ₹1,180 is applicable. The e-auction is scheduled for 6 October, between 3 PM and 6 PM.
