It has been a long standing issue with the YCP government to seize the residence of Chandrababu Naidu in Karakatta.
Now, there has been substantial progress in connection with the same as the CID has been given the green signal to seize Naidu’s house.
The argument is that the house is built in an illegal encroachment area and now, the order is to seize the house.
The court ordered the CID to serve notices to the owner of the house, Lingamaneni Ramesh and the owners of other houses in the area.
The ACB court ordered officials to start the seizing process at the earliest and there might be action in this connection real soon.
With elections around the corner, acts like these will be seen as a blatant misuse of power but the YCP government appears to be least bothered about the same.
