YSR Congress Mangalagiri MLA, Alla Rama Krishna Reddy has earned the tag of a Litigation MLA after he made a habit to file a case on anything and everything related to the government. Earlier this week, he filed a PIL against Andhra Pradesh Fiber Net Project.

The MLA termed that the government entering cable TV business is illegal and the government is trying to rein anti-government news channels by this. However, High Court questioned the complainant where it is written that government should not do Cable TV business.
Alla’s counsel brought to the notice a suggestion of TRAI. “It is just a suggestion but not a rule. It can be imposed only when a law is made,” the court opined and slashed the case. Alla filed another petition about illegal constructions on Krishna River Bank.
