A strange video got surfaced on Facebook the other day. The video has a man, P.Yesupadam who claims to be a loyal supporter of Naidu, seeking the state government to provide financial help for drunkards as they are generally ignored.

The man claims he and many others like him suffer from alcohol addiction and could not afford money to drink liquor. And so he asked the Chief Minister to come up with a loan of Rs 400 per month for drunkards.
He lamented that there are several parties coming up in the state with various schemes but no one has formed a liquor party. The video has gone viral in social media.
