I-PAC is designing the entire campaign right from organizing the crowds from neighboring districts to organizing photoshoots and speakers.
The agency deployed teams in the constituencies for three years. The MLAs and incharges are working with them closely. I-PAC central office gives them instructions via video-conference and they dictate terms to the party leaders.

For these elections, the agency also arranged a special photoshoot. I-PAC is arranging people suffering from visible health and skin problems. Jagan will touch them and speak to them kindly. These pictures and videos will be spread on Television and Social Media to project Jagan as another Mother Theresa.
They are then spread through Sakshi, Blue Media, and YSR Congress Social Media Wings.
Political Analysts say this is usually the gameplan Christian Evangelists use to attract people for conversions. I-PAC adapted it for politics and is using it for Jagan.
