BRS Working President and former minister K.T. Rama Rao has hit back at Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for the comments he made regarding Adani and BRS the other day.
Speaking at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad, KTR criticized Revanth’s recent statements and questioned their basis. Revanth Reddy claimed that the BRS had favoured industrialist Gautam Adani in national projects. In response, KTR clarified that state governments have no role in awarding tenders for national projects. He dismissed the remarks as baseless, suggesting that Revanth was speaking without realising the facts.

Referring to Revanth’s tone in a press meeting held the previous day, KTR remarked that the CM seemed driven by “anger and pain.” He added, “Revanth Reddy accuses me of being a psycho. If I am a psycho, is he a sadist?” questioned Revanth.
KTR further defended his interactions with Adani, stating that he had met the industrialist openly during his tenure, unlike Revanth Reddy, who allegedly “rolled out the red carpet” for Adani behind closed doors.

“If he continues talking like this, even the verses of the Bhagavad Gita will not suffice to counter him,” KTR said about Revanth.
KTR made it clear that KCR’s government did not want Adani to enter the state but Revanth Reddy has rolled the red carpet for him.
