In a shocking incident, an Indian man was arrested by the police for allegedly killing two people in a parking lot in Southwest Portland.
Jobanpreet Singh, 21, is named the suspect in the killing and he has been arrested.
The 21-year-old has been arraigned with two counts of first degree murder and is currently held in Multnolah jail. He has been charged without a bail and awaits his fate now.
The man allegedly shot two people and killed them on the spot at 2:45 PM on Wednesday.
The police were told by the witnesses that they heard loud arguments before hearing 10 rounds of gunshot. The police arrived on site and found two men dead, both of whom are suspected to be shot by Jobanpreet Singh.
The shooting happened at Barbour Square Strip Mall along Southwest Barbur Boulevard near 30th avenue.
