For around two years, there were reports in the YCP media that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will be starting a program in which people can meet him directly and submit their grievances.
The program has been delayed for a long time and finally never started.

Now, the government is planning a call center called ‘Jaganannaku Chebudham’. The call center will be monitored by the CMO and will work for the redressal of grievances.
Earlier there was a helpline ‘1100’ which serves a similar purpose but that was made redundant by this Government. Almost the same concept is being brought back with the ‘Jagananna’ name.

YSR used to meet people directly. Rosaiah and Kiran Kumar Reddy stopped the meeting fearing backlash from Telangana activists.
Chandrababu used to meet people in Praja Vedhika. But it was demolished by Jagan Government. But Jagan is in no mood of meeting people.

“This call center is a mere formality and an election stunt. We have seen the CM barricading either side of the roads even when he is visiting Pulivendula. Looks like Jagan fears meeting people,” TDP leaders are criticizing.
