If he lives up to his ideals, he is bound to grow as a big leader. One must remember that NTR became a great leader as he entered politics with an ideology, said Ramakrishnudu.
The anchor then touched upon the subject of Jagan not attending the Assembly. Ramakrishudu said that like the government has a responsibility towards people through Assembly, the opposition too had a responsibility through Assembly. Why do people elect legislators? Our’s is a participatory, representative democracy. So how can they boycott Assembly? The Communists are 1 or 2, the BJP members are 3 or 4, still they are coming to the Assembly and representing their issues. It is not about numbers.
Jagan has completely failed in representing people’s issues in the Assembly, said the senior leader.
