Jagan Govt Files Defamation Case On Pawan Kalyan

Defamation Case on Pawan KalyanIt is known that JanaSena supremo Pawan Kalyan recently created a big discussion by stating that the volunteers system in Andhra Pradesh could be aiding human trafficking with all the data they have been collecting.

YCP leaders have been breathing fire on Pawan Kalyan ever since and they have even been orchestrating protests from volunteers.

Cut to now, the AP government has gone a step ahead and filed a defamation case against Pawan over his allegations on the volunteers system.

AP government special chief secretary, Ajay Jain has filed a case with at the AP high court in connection with Pawan’s comment. AP government intends to proceed with 1973 criminal procedure code regarding this defamation case.

Pawan had claimed that the volunteers system could be involved in women trafficking in the state. This caused political unrest and YCP is now looking to make the most of the same and the fact that they are moving the court against Pawan clearly implies the same.
