BJP state president Somu Veerraju said that while the central government is showing initiative for the development of the state by allocating a bulk drug park to Andhra Pradesh, the YCP government is not taking the necessary steps.
Somu Veerraju spoke to the media in Vijayawada. He demanded an answer from CM Jagan Mohan Reddy as to why the state government is not taking the hardware park and petrochemical complexes given by the center.
Somu Veerraju found fault with the state government for allotting the lands allocated for the hardware park to house plots. He questioned why the priority given to vote bank politics is not given to the development of the state.
“If the hardware park had come to Kakinada, there would have been a lot of development. If the petrochemical complex is brought, jobs and employment opportunities will improve for lakhs of people. The state government is not responding fast even though the Center is proposing to provide medical colleges,” Somu Veerraju criticized.
