The comments on Sakshi TV – “Amaravati is the Capital of Sex Workers” have created a Huge Stir in AP Politics.
The video went viral on Social Media and WhatsApp, and then people of Amaravati, especially the women, hit the roads and are protesting against Sakshi and YSR Congress for insulting the Capital Region and the women there.
Senior Journalist Kommineni Srinivasa Rao, who hosted the Program, has already been arrested.
Another Journalist, Krishnam Raju, who made the comments, is on a run. There are rumors that YSR Congress Leaders have given a refuge, and he is hiding somewhere until the issue dies down or until he gets an anticipatory bail.

The other day, he released another video. This time on a YouTube Channel so that YSR Congress is not blamed.
He searched for news stories in various newspapers about Prostitutes getting caught in Amaravati and brought them out.
An 8.42-minute-long video was released on the YouTube channel APTV Journalist.
The goal behind this seems to be to provoke people further.
Incidents like police raids on brothels and their arrests keep happening somewhere across the country.
If you look at the news for a few years, you can see heaps of such incidents in every state capital.
But Krishnam Raju revealed his perversion by saying that all these incidents are happening in the Amaravati region alone.
It is clear that he has no remorse whatsoever for his behavior and is trying to defend his poor behavior.
This behavior is dangerous. The Public mood is already against YSR Congress on this issue. Jagan should ensure Krishnam Raju is surrendered to the Police, or he will cause much damage to YSR Congress with these stupid videos.
