YS Jagan Mohan Reddy used to exhibit so much Fake Love for Vishakapatnam in the name of Executive Capital. He got a Palace built using 500 Crore Public Money but did nothing to the Port City.

In the five years of Jagan’s tenure, the City did not witness any growth and we have seen him drive away some companies like Franklin Templeton, Lulu Mall, Adani Data Center, etc from the city.

For all five years, we have been seeing Jagan saying Vishakapatnam has everything and will go naturally.

Even with everything, it is clear Jagan did nothing and could do nothing.

The people of Vishakapatnam may have understood that more than anyone else.

YSR Congress drew a blank in the entire Vishakapatnam district in the recent elections. In the four constituencies that cover Vizag City, the party’s candidates lost with massive majorities. TDP also won the Vishakapatnam Parliament with a massive margin.

While YSR Congress always tried to portray TDP as Anti-Vizag, but then, Nara Lokesh busted the entire propaganda with a single move.

The other day, the Government of Andhra Pradesh sealed a deal with the Tata Group to set up a facility in Vishakapatnam with a head count of 10,000 employees.

This will be a game-changer for Vishakhapatnam in the days to come.

The jobs created in IT are mostly high-paying jobs and they will have a multiplier effect on the local economy.

Each job will indirectly create employment for seven to eight people like entertainment, groceries, drivers, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, etc.

It will also boost construction activity and will also aid real estate by increasing demands for rentals and new purchases.

This new facility of TCS will also put Vizag on the IT map of India and will motivate other IT majors to arrive in Port City.

After all those empty claims of the YSR Congress about Vizag as the Executive Capital, this is the real empowerment that is needed for Vizag and Lokesh did it.
