Nara Lokesh’s Red Book has become talk of the Andhra Pradesh Politics after the electoral victory of TDP+ in the last election. Before the elections, YSR Congress leaders use to make fun of the Red Book, now everyone in the party including Jagan are doing Japam of the Red Book.
Earlier this week, Jagan announced that he would start a Good Book. “Writing Red Books is not difficult. But we would start a Good Book and write the names of all Good officials. We would promote them once we come to power in 2029,” Jagan announced.

Jagan’s way of writing names of Good officers is different. We have seen many IAS officers getting tangled in his disproportionate assets cases and their careers are tainted and they are still fighting in courts by filing discharge petitions.
Senior IAS officers like Sri Lakshmi, BP Acharya, Ratna Prabha, B. Sambob, and Samuel were named in Jagan’s cases. Officials like this qualifies for Jagan’s Good Book.

After coming to Power in 2019, we have seen Jagan harass Upright officers like AB Venkateswara Rao. ABV had to lose five years of service and got only few hours of service before his retirement after a prolonged legal battle.
We have seen how another Senior IAS LV Subrahmanyam was pushed to a loopline post for not listening to Jagan.

Between 2019-2024, we have seen many officers resorting to illegal things just to please Jagan. IPS Officer PV Sunil Kumar was named in the then MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju’s Custodial Torture case. Three Senior IPS officers were suspended in wrongful arrest of Bollywood heroine Kadambari Jethwani case.
All these officers are Jagan’s victims. The so-called Good Book means spoiling the honest officials and later they face suspensions and arrests.
In short, the Good Book is only Good in its name but the contents are shady.
