The Andhra Pradesh High Court conducted a hearing today regarding the case involving Mumbai actress Kadambari Jethwani.
In this case, the CID submitted an affidavit requesting that bail not be granted to IPS officers Kanti Rana Tata and Vishal Gunni, who are facing allegations.

The CID alleged in its affidavit that those entrusted with upholding the law had misused their authority.
It stated that Kadambari Jethwani was unlawfully arrested, and the incident occurred under the instructions of the then Intelligence Chief.

The affidavit further revealed that Kanti Rana Tata had booked flight tickets to Mumbai in connection with the case.
The CID emphasized that granting bail to the accused could derail the investigation.

The High Court has scheduled the next hearing on the anticipatory bail petitions for Monday, adding another critical phase to this ongoing case.
